T's will be a Gildan Regular Cotton T Style #5000 in the color chosen for each grade.  
The deadline to order is September 15th with delivery the week of October 6th . 
Please provide Student Name, Grade and the Teacher they have at the end of the day. 
Items will be delivered to the school and distributed by the teachers.
