T's will be a Gildan Regular Cotton T Style #5000 in the color chosen for each grade.  
The deadline to order will be April 28th with delivery by May 12th. 
Please provide Student Name, Grade and the Teacher they have at the end of the day. 
Items will be delivered to the school and distributed by the teachers.
