The above design will be printed on the front of a Black ShortSleeve or LongSleeve Moisture Management DriFit 100% Polyester material.  Will be a 1 color print, White.  
Deadline Date to order is March 18.  Delivery will be made to school and distributed by the coaches on March 31.  A second deadline of March 25th with delivery April 7th.
Please be certain to put player name on the form when asked or in the notes section during checkout, makes for much easier distribution.
