The above design will be printed on the front of a Black LongSleeve & Short Sleeve Moisture Management DriFit T -  100% Polyester material.  Front design above Will be a 2 color print, Gold & White.   Gold Numbers on the back will be offered in a separate tab.   
Deadline Date to order will be Thursday February 26th.  Delivery will be made by Coach Kool.  We will do our best to have them done by March 9th, first game date.  Final deadline will be March 12 with delivery by March 23rd.  
Please be certain to put player name on the form when asked or in the notes section during checkout, makes for much easier distribution.
